StarVibe is a social dress-up game for players aged 13 and over. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Age

You must be at least 13 to play. We ask for your birth year when you sign up. If we learn that a player under 13 created an account, we delete it.

What we collect

• Account: username, password (stored only as a secure hash), or the identifier and email that Google or Apple send when you sign in with them; birth year; language; and, if you add it, your email address, which we use only to confirm it, to reset your password and for important account messages.
• Game data: your avatar and outfits, coins, diamonds, items, fame, level, quests, rooms, pets, movies, fashion show entries, friends, autographs, your status and bio.
• Chat: messages in chat rooms, kept for 30 days for safety and moderation.
• Approximate location: country, region and city worked out from your IP address by our network provider. We use it only to suggest players near you. Other players see at most your country, never your city.
• Purchases: subscriptions and coin packs are paid through Apple or Google. We receive the purchase status from them and from RevenueCat, never your payment details.
• Ads: in the mobile apps, Google AdMob shows ads rated for teens. Personalised ads are shown only with your consent where the law requires it; on iOS the app asks for tracking permission first.
• Technical data: device type, app version and server logs, used for security and to fix problems.

Why we use it

To run the game and your account, keep players safe (chat filter, reports, moderation), give rewards and purchases, suggest friends, and improve the game.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run StarVibe: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (network and security), Apple and Google (sign-in, purchases, ads), and RevenueCat (subscriptions). We do not sell personal data.

Safety

Chat is filtered for bad words and personal details such as phone numbers and links. Players can report others; moderators can mute or ban. Never share your real name, address, school or phone number in the game. Some room regulars are run by the game so rooms are never empty.

Your choices and rights

• Delete your account any time in Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and game data; we keep purchase records only where the law requires.
• Turn off "Show me in People you may know" in Settings.
• Change ad consent and tracking permission in the app and in your phone's settings.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it.

• Alışlar: abunələr və coin paketləri Apple və ya Google ilə ödənilir. Biz onlardan və RevenueCat-dən yalnız alışın vəziyyətini alırıq, ödəniş məlumatlarını yox.
• Reklam: mobil tətbiqlərdə Google AdMob yeniyetmələr üçün uyğun reklam göstərir. Qanunun tələb etdiyi yerlərdə fərdi reklam yalnız razılığınla göstərilir; iOS-da tətbiq əvvəlcə izləmə icazəsi soruşur.

Niyə istifadə edirik

Oyunu və hesabını işlətmək, oyunçuları qorumaq (chat filtri, şikayətlər, moderasiya), mükafatları və alışları vermək, dost təklif etmək və oyunu yaxşılaşdırmaq üçün.

Kimlə paylaşırıq

Yalnız StarVibe-ı işlədən xidmətlərlə: hostinq provayderimiz, Cloudflare (şəbəkə və təhlükəsizlik), Apple və Google (giriş, alışlar, reklam), RevenueCat (abunələr). Şəxsi məlumatları satmırıq.

Təhlükəsizlik

Chat pis sözlərə və telefon nömrəsi, link kimi şəxsi məlumatlara qarşı filtrlənir. Oyunçular şikayət edə bilər, moderatorlar susdura və bloklaya bilər. Oyunda heç vaxt əsl adını, ünvanını, məktəbini və telefonunu paylaşma. Otaqlar boş qalmasın deyə bəzi sakinləri oyunun özü idarə edir.

Seçimlərin və hüquqların

• Hesabını istənilən vaxt Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ilə silə bilərsən. Hesab və oyun məlumatları silinir; alış qeydlərini yalnız qanun tələb edən hallarda saxlayırıq.
• Ayarlarda "Məni Tanış ol siyahısında göstər" seçimini söndürə bilərsən.
• Reklam razılığını və izləmə icazəsini tətbiqdə və telefonun ayarlarında dəyişə bilərsən.
• Məlumatlarının surətini və ya düzəldilməsini istəyə bilərsən.
