StarVibe Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds work for the digital items you can buy in StarVibe: coins, diamonds, items and VIP plans (subscriptions). Prices and contents are on the Pricing page.

Orders on the website

Orders made on the StarVibe website are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your order. You do not need a special reason.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the order. Put "Refund" in the subject.
  2. Tell us your StarVibe username, the email address you used at checkout and the order or receipt number from your Paddle receipt email.
  3. We check the request and, when it is approved, Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions (VIP, Star VIP, Gold VIP)

VIP plans renew automatically every week, month, 3 months or year (the length of the plan you picked) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the link in your Paddle receipt email. Your VIP stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and there are no further charges. If a renewal was charged and you did not want it, ask for a refund of that renewal within 14 days of the charge.

What happens to a refunded order

When an order is refunded, the VIP time, coins, diamonds and items that came with that order are removed from your account.

Purchases in the iPhone and Android apps

Purchases made inside the StarVibe app go through Apple or Google, not through Paddle. Refunds for them follow Apple's or Google's rules: for Apple use reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google use Google Play Help. We cannot refund those purchases ourselves.

After 14 days

Refunds are not available after 14 days, except where the law of your country says otherwise.

Saytdakı sifarişlər

StarVibe saytında verilən sifarişləri bizim rəsmi satıcımız (merchant of record) Paddle.com emal edir. Sifarişdən sonra 14 gün ərzində geri ödəniş istəyə bilərsən. Xüsusi səbəb göstərmək lazım deyil.

Geri ödənişi necə istəmək olar

  1. Sifarişdən sonra 14 gün ərzində [email protected] ünvanına yaz. Mövzuya "Refund" yaz.
  2. StarVibe istifadəçi adını, ödəniş zamanı yazdığın e-poçtu və Paddle qəbzindəki sifariş və ya qəbz nömrəsini göndər.
  3. Müraciəti yoxlayırıq və təsdiq olunsa, Paddle pulu ödəniş etdiyin üsula qaytarır. Pul adətən bankından asılı olaraq 5-10 iş günü ərzində çatır.

Paddle qəbz məktubundakı kömək linkindən də istifadə edə bilərsən.

Abunələr (VIP, Star VIP, Gold VIP)

VIP planları sən ləğv edənə qədər hər həftə, ay, 3 ay və ya il (seçdiyin planın müddəti qədər) avtomatik yenilənir. İstənilən vaxt Paddle qəbz məktubundakı linklə ləğv edə bilərsən. VIP artıq ödədiyin dövrün sonuna qədər aktiv qalır və sonra pul tutulmur. Yenilənmə üçün pul tutulubsa və istəmirdinsə, tutulduğu gündən 14 gün ərzində həmin yenilənmənin geri ödənişini istə.

Geri ödənilən sifarişə nə olur

Sifariş geri ödəniləndə həmin sifarişlə gələn VIP müddəti, coinlər, almazlar və itemlər hesabından çıxarılır.

iPhone və Android tətbiqlərindəki alışlar

StarVibe tətbiqinin içində edilən alışlar Paddle ilə yox, Apple və ya Google vasitəsilə keçir. Onların geri ödənişi Apple və Google qaydalarına uyğundur: Apple üçün reportaproblem.apple.com, Google üçün Google Play Help. Bu alışları biz özümüz geri ödəyə bilmirik.

14 gündən sonra

14 gündən sonra geri ödəniş olmur, ölkənin qanunu başqa cür tələb edən hallar istisna olmaqla.
